有遍計之情即見幻生，有觀察之智即見幻滅。對幻生故則言幻滅，對情執故則言智慧。對待之法皆屬緣生，緣生則無相，故皆云滅。《般若心經》云：「無眼界乃至無智亦無得。」《楞伽》云：「一切法如幻，遠離於心識，智不得有無，而興大悲心。」

When there is the sentiment of conceptualized attachment, one sees illusory arising; when there is the wisdom of observation, one sees illusory cessation. Relative to illusory arising, one speaks of illusory cessation; relative to emotional grasping, one speaks of wisdom. Relative phenomena all belong to conditioned origination, and conditioned origination is without marks; hence all are said to cease. The Heart Sūtra states: 'There is no eye element […] up to no wisdom and no attainment.' The Laṅkāvatāra-sūtra states: 'All dharmas are like an illusion, far removed from mind and consciousness; wisdom attains neither existence nor non-existence, yet gives rise to great compassion.'
