10.14

爾時除一切蓋障菩薩入悲力三昧真言說者，即是法性之悲。以自在力能除一切眾生一切蓋障，於此障中而得自在，能住此蓋障中又能除之，即是如來大悲也。

Next, Sarvanīvaraṇaviṣkambhin Bodhisattva enters the Compassion-Power Samādhi and utters the mantra, which is the compassion of dharmatā. Through sovereign power, he can remove all coverings and hindrances of all sentient beings. Attaining sovereignty within these hindrances, he can abide within these coverings and hindrances and also remove them; this is the Great Compassion of the Tathāgata.
