13.39

次如來滿願手印。左手亦持衣角，展之如前，右手向外舒而下垂，如瑜伽中寶生佛印也。作此印時，即以如來之力故，一切佛滿其所願皆得成就也。真言歸命如前。

Next is the Tathāgata's Wish-Fulfilling Hand Seal (Varada-mudrā). The left hand also holds the corners of the robe, extended as before; the right hand extends outward and hangs down, like the seal of Ratnasaṃbhava Buddha in yoga texts. When making this seal, through the power of the Tathāgata, all buddhas fulfill whatever is wished and all is accomplished. The homage of the mantra is as before.
