次下正宗分。由阿難正請，如來正說，解行圓滿，不偏不邪，當機得益也。文三：一、阿難悲恨請修三昧。

"Next below is the main body of the sūtra. Because Ānanda correctly requested and the Tathāgata correctly expounded, understanding and practice are consummate, neither biased nor deviant, and those of appropriate capacity obtained benefit. The text has three [parts]: first, Ānanda grieves and regrets, requesting the cultivation of samādhi.
