體既具德，用不離體，用亦具德，故云有百千色。一時周遍者，無漏淨眼普見十方，智照無遺，微塵皆遍，遍灌佛頂，智果必同，及諸大眾乘因不二。

"Since the substance is endowed with virtue, the function is not separate from the substance, and the function is also endowed with virtue; therefore it says 'with hundreds of thousands of colours.' Pervading at once means that the outflow-free pure eye universally sees the ten directions, its wisdom illumination leaving nothing out and pervading even the fine dusts. Anointing the crowns of the Buddhas everywhere means that the fruit of wisdom must be identical; and reaching the great assembly means that the cause of the vehicle is non-dual."
