「汝等必須將如來語，於我滅後傳示末法，遍令眾生覺了斯義，無令心魔自起深孽，保持覆護，消息邪見，教其身心開覺真義，於無上道不遭枝歧，勿令心祈得少為足，作大覺王清淨標指。」

"You must take the words of the Tathāgata and, after my extinction, transmit and display them in the Dharma-Ending Age, everywhere causing living beings to awaken to and comprehend this meaning, not letting the māras of the mind bring forth profound calamities on their own, preserving and protecting them, quelling wrong views, teaching their bodies and minds to awaken to the true meaning, not encountering forks in the road on the unexcelled path, not letting the prayers of their hearts be satisfied with a little, and serving as the pure marker of the King of Great Awakening."
