一人所見與多人同，由眚病故見圓影出，由瘴惡故感災祥起。瘴即病也，將有惡病預見此事。

What one person sees is the same as what many people see: due to the disease of cataracts, round shadows are seen to emerge; due to malicious pestilence, calamities and portents are stimulated to arise. 'Pestilence' is disease: about to suffer an evil illness, one anticipates and sees these matters.
