有無隨計破也。舌若有味，根已成境，孰知根者？無味之時味必境生，獨有汝根焉能生識？下破境生。

This refutes the suppositions of existence and non-existence. If the tongue has taste, the faculty has already become the object; who knows the faculty? When it has no taste, taste must arise from the object; how could your faculty alone generate consciousness? Below refutes production from the object.
