二、破成無相，二：一、標無生。「如是阿難！當知是聞非動靜來，非於根出，不於空生。」

Second, refuting so as to establish the absence of marks, which has two parts: first, indicating non-arising. "So it is, Ānanda: you should know that this hearing does not come from movement or stillness, does not emerge from the faculty, and does not arise from space."
