反觀父母所生之身，猶彼十方虛空之中吹一微塵，若存若亡，如湛巨海流一浮漚，起滅無從。

Looking back upon the body born of parents, it was like a single speck of dust blown through the empty space of the ten directions, barely present or absent; or like a floating bubble drifting upon a serene, vast sea, arising and ceasing without any origin.
