佛果菩提，若以因緣、自然而可取者，汝於此義甚得明了，何不免難而速證耶？何假我呪方解脫耶？應知理觀兼修，定慧雙運，豈但辨義說文而已哉！

If the bodhi of the fruit of Buddhahood could be obtained through causes and conditions or spontaneity, you were exceedingly clear on this meaning; why could you not escape distress and swiftly realize it? Why did you have to rely on my dhāraṇī to be liberated? One should know that the contemplation of principle and practice must both be cultivated, with samādhi and wisdom functioning together; how could it be merely a matter of analyzing meanings and explaining texts!
