「阿難！汝修菩提，若不審觀煩惱根本，則不能知虛妄根塵何處顛倒？處尚不知，云何降伏取如來位？」
"Ānanda! In cultivating bodhi, if you do not closely examine the root of afflictions, you will not be able to know where the false and delusive faculties and dusts are inverted. When you do not even know their place, how can you subdue them to attain the stage of the Tathāgata?"
