根塵虛妄為煩惱宅，顛倒淪替莫不由斯，苟能識其根元，知其結處，則可希冀乎解棼，庶幾乎降伏耳。

The false and delusive faculties and dusts are the dwelling of afflictions; inversion and degeneration all stem from this. If one can recognize their root and origin and know the place where they are knotted, one may hope to untangle the tangle, and come close to subduing them.
