4.84

「火騰水降，交發立堅，濕為巨海，乾為洲潬。以是義故，彼大海中火光常起，彼洲潬中江河常注。」

"Fire rises and water descends, mutually interacting to establish solidity: moisture forms the great oceans, and dryness forms continents and islets. For this reason, within the great oceans, flames of fire constantly arise, while on continents and islets, rivers and streams constantly flow."
