初作假想，雖見其水與香水海等無差別，但自心見，非通他人。今定力轉勝，果色亦勝，乃通他見，即實定果也，不同十遍處想成自見耳。

Initially making a provisional visualization, although he saw the water as equal to and no different from the fragrant water seas, this was only seen by his own mind and was not perceptible to others. Now that his power of samādhi had grown superior, its fruitional form was also superior, becoming perceptible to others; this is the true fruition of samādhi, not like the accomplishment of the ten kṛtsnāyatanas where one only sees it oneself.
