This is direct observation. Since the world, body, and mind are all moved by wind, from where does wind arise to move the various things? When things do not move, where does it go? Since the wind has nowhere from which it comes, things form delusive movement; therefore one sees all sentient beings of the ten directions madly drumming and bustling of themselves, sharing the same single falsity, originally without any cause.
