眼觀、耳聽略舉六根之二也，或觀此聽聞，一根旋復，六用不成，故十方圓明唯一寶覺，由此得名亦遍一切。

Viewing with the eyes and listening with the ears briefly mentions two of the six faculties. Or it means contemplating this hearing, so that when one faculty returns to its source, the six functions no longer operate; therefore, the ten directions are perfectly luminous as nothing but the one precious enlightenment, and through this, the attainment of the name also pervades all.
