前二句總指一切諸佛皆從此門得涅槃也。過去下別列三世，并引文殊皆同此證也。

The first two lines generally point out that all Buddhas attain nirvāṇa through this gate. The lines from 'Past' onward individually list the three times and cite Mañjuśrī as sharing this same realization.
