爾時，世尊於大眾中稱讚阿難：「善哉！善哉！如汝所問，安立道場，救護眾生末劫沈溺。汝今諦聽，當為汝說。」阿難、大眾唯然奉教。

At that time, the World-Honoured One praised Ānanda in the midst of the assembly: "Excellent! Excellent! Just as you have asked about establishing a place of practice to rescue and protect sentient beings submerged in the final kalpa, listen now attentively; I shall explain it for you." Ānanda and the great assembly respectfully assented to the teaching.
