7.134

欲界第六名大自在，即魔所居處，常惱修行不令成就。若善心樂修，即不在制限，餘者皆制。此大神呪本是修三昧者最上勝緣，故持此呪能却諸惡，能集眾善。愚矇罔知斯旨，見持呪者，往往興謗謂非修行。未有一佛不由此呪而得成道、度眾生矣。如上所說，請細覽之，以革斯弊。

The sixth heaven of the desire realm is named Paranirmitavaśavartin (Great Free One), which is the dwelling place of the Mara King; he constantly troubles practitioners to prevent them from succeeding. If one has a good mind and delights in practice, one is not subject to this restriction; all others are restrained. This great divine mantra is originally the supreme, superior condition for those cultivating samādhi; therefore, upholding this mantra can ward off all evils and gather all goods. The ignorant do not comprehend this principle; seeing those who uphold the mantra, they frequently slander them, saying it is not practice. There has never been a single Buddha who did not accomplish the path and cross over sentient beings through this mantra. As explained above, please examine it closely to rectify this failing.
