阿難雖得小乘初果，若望大乘，名假擇滅，非真無為，故云未證。
Although Ānanda had attained the first fruit of the Hīnayāna, viewed from the Mahāyāna it is termed nominal analytical cessation and is not the true unconditioned; hence he says, 'I have not realized.'
