'False accusation' means oppressing the virtuous and harming others; lacking compassion, it is subsumed under injury. Having already oppressed the virtuous with false accusations and pinned down the innocent, forcing them to be called guilty, it provokes events such as colliding mountains. 'Pressing' means constraining; 'shaking' means agitating. 'Weighing' refers to the balance scale; 'measuring' refers to the foot-rule. Slander can harm the virtuous; tigers can devour people.
