所問三緣，是彼人等各自虛妄造業發生，不由他有，故云本自非天降等。妄造妄受，覺性之中皆如空華。

The three conditions asked about were generated by those individuals creating karma out of their own delusions; they did not arise from others, hence it says 'fundamentally from themselves, not descending from heaven,' and so forth. Falsely created and falsely undergone, within the nature of awareness all are like flowers in space.
