「一切時靜，有應觸來未能違戾，命終之後上昇精微，不接下界諸人天境，乃至劫壞三災不及。如是一類名兜率陀天。」

"Those who are still at all times, yet when a responsive contact arrives are not yet able to refuse it, after the end of their lives ascend to the refined and subtle, not connecting with the realms of humans and devas of the lower worlds, such that even when the kalpa is destroyed, the three disasters do not reach it. Such a category is called the Tuṣita Heaven."
