「阿難！當在此中精研妙明，四大不織，少選之間身能出礙。此名精明流溢前境，斯但功用。暫得如是，非為聖證。不作聖心名善境界，若作聖解即受群邪。」

'Ānanda, while in this state, as one finely investigates the wondrous brightness, the four great elements do not weave together, and in a short while the body is able to pass out of obstruction. This is called the refined brightness overflowing into the objective realm before oneself; it is merely an effect of effort. Temporarily attaining this is not a holy realization. If one does not regard it as a holy mind, it is a good state; if one interprets it as holy, one will immediately fall prey to bands of demons.'
