「阿難！復以此心精研妙明，其身內徹，是人忽然於其身內拾出蟯蛔，身相宛然，亦無傷毀。此名精明流溢形體。斯但精行。暫得如是，非為聖證。不作聖心名善境界，若作聖解即受群邪。」

'Ānanda, further, using this mind to finely investigate the wondrous brightness, the body becomes thoroughly clear inside; this person suddenly pulls pinworms and roundworms from inside his body, while the bodily form remains intact and unharmed. This is called the refined brightness overflowing into the physical body. It is merely refined practice. Temporarily attaining this is not a holy realization. If one does not regard it as a holy mind, it is a good state; if one interprets it as holy, one will immediately fall prey to bands of demons.'
