9.216

蟯蛔，腹中虫也。觀心精明，內融身體，內之四大因觀而變，遂能體內拾出蟯蛔故無傷毀。此境現前，不生取捨即為善境，不爾受邪。

Pinworms and roundworms are parasites inside the belly. When the contemplating mind is refined and bright, it internally fuses the body; the internal four great elements change due to contemplation, so that one can extract pinworms and roundworms from inside the body without causing harm. When this state appears, if one gives rise to neither grasping nor rejecting, it is a good state; otherwise, one falls prey to demons.
