得虛明性者，即依圓定發於空慧，悟性空理。依此起見，成惡取空，故撥無因果生斷滅解。此即由無方便，邪見忽發也。

"Obtaining an empty and bright nature" means that, relying on perfect samādhi, they give rise to empty wisdom and awaken to the principle of natural emptiness. Relying on this, they generate views that turn into vicious grasping of emptiness; thus they repudiate cause and effect and give rise to an understanding of annihilation. This occurs because of a lack of skillful means, whereby deviant views suddenly erupt.
