味其虛明者，愛著禪中色陰盡處以為勝境，由此起愛，無慧覺察，引其貪欲種子而發，遂成狂欲也。

"Relishing its empty clarity" means that they crave and attach to the cessation of the aggregate of form within dhyāna, taking it to be a superior realm. Giving rise to craving from this, without wisdom to inspect it, they draw out seeds of greed and desire to erupt, thereby turning into mad desire.
