口說空理，無因無果，蓋由心祈，致招魔惑。薄蝕精氣者，此即惡星精曜能為蝕神，亦為魔怪。

As for 'the spirit essence of eclipses', this refers to the refined brilliance of evil stars capable of acting as spirits of eclipse, which also become demonic anomalies.
