「阿難當知，是十種魔於末世時在我法中出家修道，或附人體，或自現形，皆言已成正遍知覺，讚歎婬欲，破佛律儀，先惡魔師與魔弟子婬婬相傳。如是邪精魅其心腑，近則九生，多踰百世，令真修行總為魔眷，命終之後必為魔民，失正遍知，墮無間獄。」

"Ānanda, you should know that in the final age these ten kinds of demons will leave home to cultivate the Way within my Dharma, either possessing human bodies or manifesting forms themselves, all claiming to have achieved correct and complete enlightenment. They praise lustful desire and break the Buddha's vinaya rules, and former evil demonic teachers and their demonic disciples transmit lust to one another. Such deviant spirits bewitch their minds and internal organs for as few as nine lifetimes, or exceeding a hundred generations, causing genuine practitioners all to become the demonic retinue; after their lives end, they will certainly become demon citizens, lose correct and complete knowledge, and fall into the Relentless Hell."
