「不無輕重」者，有人三障俱重，須此三番。有人報障偏重，餘二障輕，但治其重，輕者隨去。餘例可解。

Regarding "not without differences in lightness and heaviness," some people have all three obstacles heavy and require these three turns. Some people have the retributive obstacle particularly heavy and the remaining two obstacles light; by treating only the heavy one, the light ones depart accordingly. The rest can be understood by analogy.
