題下譯人名者，司馬氏，都於建康，是曰東晉。竺難提，此云喜，西域人也。以第十一主恭帝元熙元年歲次己未，至此土翻傳焉。「或時」等者，即他人分經。

Regarding the translator's name below the title: the Sima clan had its capital in Jiankang; this is called the Eastern Jin. Zhu Nandi: this translates as 'Joy' (Nandi); he was a person of the Western Regions. In the first year of Yuanxi, the cyclical year jiwei, under the eleventh ruler, Emperor Gong, he arrived in this land and translated it. Regarding “Or sometimes...” and so forth: this refers to other authors dividing the sūtra.
