大曆十一年二月二十三日京大興善寺鎮國文殊內閣院供奉賜紫袈裟沙門慧朗等狀進

Presented on the twenty-third day of the second month, the eleventh year of the Dali era [776], by the monk Huilang and others, granted the purple kāṣāya, who serve in the Nation-Protecting Mañjuśrī Inner Pavilion Courtyard of Daxingshan Temple in the capital.
