問：說不稱欲，法成已不？答：成也。由羯磨中，不牒此說欲之緣。律中，若不記姓名，當說相貌；猶不記者，當言：我與眾多比丘說欲等。

Question: If in stating it one does not use the word 'chanda,' is the ritual accomplished or not? Answer: It is accomplished. This is because in the karman, this condition of stating chanda is not rehearsed. In the Vinaya, if one does not remember the name, one should describe the physical features; if one still does not remember, one should say: 'I convey chanda for many bhikṣus,' etc.
