三眾法心念，如說戒等，亦具七非。一者人非，界內別眾，自犯六聚。二者法非，不陳三說，或有漏忘。三者事非，眾具有闕，時非正法。四非已下，如前例之。

Third, communal mental-intention, such as upoṣadha recitation, etc., also has seven defects. First, defect in person: a separate saṃgha within the boundary, or having committed offenses of the six categories oneself. Second, defect in rite: not stating the three recitations, or having omissions and lapses of memory. Third, defect in matter: the saṃgha's requisites are deficient, or the time is not in accordance with the true Dharma. The fourth defect and below are by analogy as before.
