就中加三法料簡：一增減，二通塞，三是非。初中，若事輕小，無有緣起；則無乞辭，又不牒事。則白中五句，除第二句，但四句成白。乃至白二，類例除之。餘則一準。

Here, three analyses are added: first, additions and subtractions; second, universally applicable versus specific; third, correct and incorrect. In the first: if the matter is light and minor, lacking a background origin, then there are no words of solicitation, nor is the matter reiterated. Then among the five clauses of the motion, omitting the second clause, only four clauses make up the motion. Down to the one motion and one proclamation (jñapti-dvitīya-karman), omissions follow this model. All others conform to this uniform standard.
