二結勸云：僧已忍與某甲受具，下至如是持，此直付囑結歸，不關羯磨正體。

Second, the concluding admonition says: 'The saṃgha has already consented to confer the full precepts upon so-and-so, down to: thus should it be held.' This merely entrusts and concludes the matter; it does not pertain to the actual essence of the karman.
