二明依位別解。位則有三，如上所列。若有戒場，先須結之，今且論無者。結大界法，就中分二，先出緣成，後明結解。初中有三：一料簡是非，二竪標唱相，三集僧欲法。

Second, explaining the separate treatments according to category. There are three categories, as listed above. If there is a precept platform, it must be demarcated first; here we will first discuss when there is none. In the method of demarcating the great sīmā, there are two parts: first, setting forth the conditions for its accomplishment, and afterwards explaining the demarcation and disbanding. In the first part there are three sections: 1. examining what is correct and incorrect; 2. setting up markers and chanting the boundary marks; 3. assembling the saṃgha and the procedure for chanda.
