七惡見不捨舉者。欲實障道，說言不障。邪心決徹，名之為見；見心違理，目之為惡。亦於戒見四法，倒說不信。須僧舉棄，永不任用；隨順無違，方乃解之。

Seventh, suspension for not relinquishing evil views. Desires truly obstruct the Path, yet he claims they do not obstruct it. A perverse mind firmly settled is called a 'view'; a mind with views violating the principle is designated as 'evil'. He also expounds perversely and disbelieves in the four matters of precepts and views. The saṃgha must suspend and cast him out, never employing him; only when he complies without disobedience may it then be revoked.
