二五德進不，分二：初六人已上法。後五人法。初中分四：一簡人是非，二差法正式，三五德行事，四對座說之儀式。

Second, the deployment of [monks with] the five virtues is divided into two: first, the rite for six persons or more; second, the rite for five persons. The first is divided into four: first, selecting the suitability of the persons; second, the standard procedure for the rite of appointment; third, the execution of the affairs by the five-virtue [monks]; fourth, the ceremonial format of speaking before the seats.
