自餘通諸外部，非不要須。意在即披即行，且依律述。此若遵之無缺者，當更括撿，如威儀決正法中別卷流用。

As for the rest across various external sections, it is not that they are unnecessary. The intention is that they may be practiced as soon as read, so they are set forth provisionally according to the Vinaya. If one observes these without deficiency, one should further examine and investigate them, as circulated and used in separate fascicles in the deportment regulations.
