二雖受五眾戒，而為重病，癲狂癡亂、痛惱所纏；雖作前事，並無有過。若心了知是比丘者，隨前所犯。

Second, although one has received the precepts of the five assemblies, one is entangled by severe illness, insanity, confusion, and painful afflictions; even if one performs the aforementioned acts, none constitute a fault. If one's mind clearly knows that one is a bhikṣu, it follows the aforementioned offenses committed.
