示語已，即因僧集，白僧令知。應教云：「大德僧聽！某甲比丘，犯故漏失僧殘罪（餘罪加之），不憶數，覆藏一夜乃至百夜；已從僧乞覆藏百夜羯磨，僧已與我百夜覆藏羯磨；我某甲比丘，從今日行，白大德僧知，我行覆藏（三說）。」

Having given the instruction, taking advantage of the assembled Saṃgha, he announces to the Saṃgha to inform them. He should be instructed to say: “May the venerable Saṃgha listen! I, the bhikṣu so-and-so, have committed the saṃghāvaśeṣa offense of intentional emission (other offenses should be added), without recalling the count, and concealed it for one night up to one hundred nights. I have requested from the Saṃgha the karman for one hundred nights of concealment, and the Saṃgha has granted me the karman for one hundred nights of concealment. I, the bhikṣu so-and-so, practice from today onward, and announce to the venerable Saṃgha that I am practicing [the penance for] concealment (recited three times).”
