2.86

六狂人施物主。《摩得伽》云：若狂人自持物施，不知父母親眷者，比丘得取；若父母可知，不自手與，不可取。

Sixth: The owner of property given by an insane person. The Mātṛkā states: If an insane person personally brings property to give, and his parents and relatives are unknown, the bhikṣu may take it; if his parents are known, and they do not give it with their own hands, it may not be taken.
