問：比丘非時而食，具足幾罪？答：時藥一咽七罪：非時、殘宿、不受，三波逸提；內宿、內煮、自煮、惡觸，四突吉羅。此謂經宿已，不受、自煮而噉者；若非時中，淨人過授，亦無不受罪。餘罪例此有無。

Question: When a bhikṣu eats at an improper time, how many offenses are fully incurred? Answer: For medicine of the proper time, a single swallow incurs seven offenses: improper time, keeping overnight, and unreceived [food] are three pāyattikas; indoor keeping, indoor boiling, self-boiling, and improper touch are four duṣkṛtas. This refers to eating what has passed the night, is unreceived, and was boiled by oneself. If during the improper time a kappiyakāraka hands it over, there is also no offense of unreceived [food]. The presence or absence of the remaining offenses follows this pattern.
