三別人自行。《十誦》：五人不應為說毘尼：謂試問、無疑問、不為悔所犯故問、不受語問、誥故問者，並不須答。

Third, an individual's personal practice. The Daśādhyāya-vinaya states: "There are five kinds of persons to whom one should not explain the Vinaya: those who ask as a test, those who ask without doubt, those who ask not for the sake of repenting an offense, those who ask without accepting instruction, and those who ask in order to accuse; none of these should be answered."
