三障出有損。《出家功德》云：若為出家者，作留礙抑制，此人斷佛種，諸惡集身，猶如大海；現得癩病，死入黑闇地獄，無有出期。

Third, obstructing renunciation is harmful. The Sūtra on the Merit of Leaving Household Life states: If one creates obstacles or restraints for someone leaving household life, this person cuts off the seed of Buddhahood, and all evils gather upon his body just like the great ocean; in the present life he contracts leprosy, and upon death he enters the dark hell, with no time of emergence.
