七明大小乘相決同異。三乘道行，如上已明。今通決正，不出三學；一切聖人，無不行此。

Seventh, explaining the determination of the commonalities and differences between the characteristics of the Great and Small Vehicles. The path practices of the three vehicles have already been clarified above. Now to comprehensively determine what is correct: they do not go beyond the three learnings; there is no noble person who does not practice these.
