3.458

此式叉尼，具學三法：一學根本，謂四重是。二學六法，即羯磨所為。謂染心相觸，盜人四錢，斷畜生命，小妄語，非時食，飲酒也。文中列淫、盜、殺、妄者，隨十戒而言，沙彌已學。三學行法，謂一切大尼戒行，並須學之。若學法中犯者，更與二年羯磨；若犯根本者，滅擯；犯餘行法，但名缺行，直令改悔。若滿二年已犯者，更與二年。

This śikṣamāṇā fully trains in three categories of rules: First, training in the fundamentals, which refers to the four pārājikas. Second, training in the six rules, which are conferred by the karman—namely, physical contact with a lustful mind, stealing four māsakas from another person, taking the life of an animal, minor false speech, eating at improper times, and drinking alcohol. The text lists sexual misconduct, stealing, killing, and lying following the ten precepts, which have already been learned as a śrāmaṇerī. Third, training in the supplementary practices, which refers to the precept conduct of all full bhikṣuṇīs, all of which she must learn. If she transgresses during the training period, she is given another two-year karman; if she violates a fundamental [pārājika], she is permanently expelled; if she violates the other supplementary practices, it is merely termed a deficiency in practice, and she is simply made to repent and reform. If she commits an infraction after completing the two years, she is given another two years.
